		<description>Here are a few guidelines I follow whilst performing upright rows to get the most from this exercise. I always try to connect to the muscle group I am targeting. Also as you carry out this exercise it’s central that you don’t jerk during the action as this may put a very high amount of strain on the shoulder girdle and possibly will lead to a serious injury. Also remember to breathe out when you’re lifting the weight upwards and also take a deep breath and breathe in as you lower it downward to complete the rep.</description>
